What a fantastic way to end National Barbecue Month than to go to your favorite barbecue joint and listen to a few tall tales from Daniel Vaughn, the author of “The Prophets of Smoked Meat” and BBQ writer for Texas Monthly magazine. Well, it happened and I was just lucky enough to be along for the ride.
